Gettin’ healthy is easy

It’s January. It’s dark. It’s cold. But it is a new year, which means we’ve been trying out a few dishes and tricks to get healthy for the rest of the year. The easy ones anyway!
The juice trend is BOOMING! You can barely turn a corner in central London without falling in to a newly arrived juice shop. Of course the best ones are meant to be cold-pressed (traditional juicers use a process that involves heat and exposes ingredients to air, two things that cut down on the nutrients). So we thought it was about time we tried one of these juices and so popped over to The Juice Well.
Their bottles look like little doses of medicine which Topamax online we kind of like – makes it feel like they’re doing lots of good to our ailing, hungover bodies. The ‘Anti-Bloat’ that we picked was particularly bitter but others like the ‘Pinamour’ was much tastier (pineapple, mint & aniseed) and more like a traditional fruit juice.
We have heard nothing but good stuff about the power of kale. Apparently it is packed with protein, has loads of fibre (which is good for managing blood sugar levels) and carried vitamin A, C, B and K! Plus it’s naturally low calorie. So we’ve been trying to make an even healthier version of order Combivent online the Pret a Manger Kale chips at home. Here is our favourite recipe so far (and our result)…

How do you make skipping cool? By ‘punking it’ of course. This ‘extreme’ jump rope class will have you sweating in no time – just make sure you wear your sports bra!
