Lunch At The Circus
September 3, 2013
Immersive environments and rich, layered experiences have become the order of the day.
Biribildu, a new circus themed fast-food restaurant in the Alimos area of Athens, has taken this to a bold new level. Biribildu translated means to ‘turn’ or ‘make a round’ – perfectly suiting the round forms borrowed from circus design. Customers are guided around the space by the carousel horses and are lit by mini-tent tops while they settle down to their servings of meat from the vertically rotating roaster. We’d love to be able to pop by here and be this entertained in our lunch breaks.
